RETURN/ REPLACE POLICY
In the event of actual defect or lack of agreed status, the buyer shall alternatively be entitled without charge to:
(a) repair of the product; or
(b) its replacement; or
(c) a proportional reduction in the price or
(d) withdrawal from the sale.
With the return of the product, you have the following options:
Order another product of your choice - equivalent to the first or largest - from our online store, with free shipping costs in Greece. The amount that corresponds to the value of the returned product will be deducted from your new order.
To keep credit in your name, which will be removed from your next order. Please note that the credit has no end date.
Ask us to refund the money corresponding to the value of the product you are returning. In this case the company will pay within a reasonable time the amount of your order to your bank account, simply indicating to us the IBAN of your account. From the amount deposited in your account will be deducted the shipping and return expenses of your order.
Change the product in the physical store of our company in Larissa.
The consumer shall have the right to demand, without charge, the rectification or replacement of the product if:
The order is placed incorrectly, i.e. an item other than the item ordered is delivered or an incorrect quantity or product or package is damaged.
The consumer contacted the store within 14 calendar days of receipt of the product on the telephone number 2410230554 or the mail [email protected], in order to identify the problem and authorize its return.
If it is a product, which does not correspond to the order, it has not been used (except for rehearsal) and is in its packaging in the condition received.
In any case, the product should be returned with all original accompanying documents (proof of purchase, warranty, instructions for use) and in its original packaging.
Returns are made with the postal company that will indicate the store to customers and with the charge of the store.
Purchases made with gift cards or sent as gifts can be exchanged for other products, but cannot be redeemed for cash. With regard to branded products, such as watches, etc., the respective delegations are responsible for any damages.
Right of withdrawal.
The consumer has the right to withdraw without justification within fourteen (14) calendar days, if no longer period has been agreed, returning the goods to their original condition, without incurring any costs other than reimbursement costs. That period shall begin on receipt of the products. In the event that the consumer exercises his right of withdrawal, the supplier is obliged to repay the amounts paid to him by the consumer within fourteen (14) calendar days.
The right of withdrawal by the consumer may be exercised if:
It concerns a product for which a personalized order has NOT been placed, such as rings, or conversions or a product not in our catalog.
Complete and send the relevant withdrawal form that is given to him when the order is made.
The product has not been worn or used beyond the test, no pieces of the serology bracelet have been removed and no modifications to the jewelry have been made.
The "ZOZEFINA" store's tags and product labels have not been removed or destroyed in any way.
All accompanying product documents, such as warranty, instructions for use, and proof of purchase, are returned. The product is shipped in the packaging received.
An email is sent to [email protected] with a "Return" indication and an order code reference.
The store "ZOZEFINA" bears no responsibility for any loss or damage of the product during the return transfer.
In case the products are returned damaged or incomplete our store has the right to claim compensation from the customer, the amount of which will be determined by the condition of the products, and to unilaterally make a partial set off of this claim against the customer's claim.
The Company may withhold the refund until the product is returned or until the consumer provides proof that he sent back the product.
The right of withdrawal shall be excluded after the expiry of that period. Furthermore, the right of withdrawal by the buyer is excluded if after the product has been received and before the withdrawal has taken place, the product has been destroyed in whole or in large part, lost or substantially deteriorated by accident, and if the product has been processed by the buyer. Accordingly, the buyer is obliged to compensate the Company.
